Connect With the Natural World
Today, we are far more disconnected from the natural world than any other time in human history (Andrews et al., 2020). This disconnection is having a disturbing effect on our mental and emotional well-being (Gelsthorpe, 2017). As this disconnection continues to increase, there is a rise in anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, and a decrease in people living meaningful and purposeful lives. I aim to help my clients connect deeper with themselves and their life purpose through nature.
Retreats are held twice a year, in the spring and fall. They are five days long and consist of one-on-one and group work. Part of the retreat is a 3-day solo where participants have the opportunity to fast.
